Q: The space where I want my fireplace fitted is in a really awkward corner of the house. Do you come out to take a look?
A: Yes, we always take a cost-free look before every job. All our fireplaces can be made to fit in any space, any room and in any home. Furthermore, all our fireplaces are fitted by fully qualified Gas Safe Engineers.

Q: How much mess do you make during the installation?
A: Some disruption is inevitable but we have consciences, highly qualified, Gas Safe registered Engineers with respectful attitudes towards your home. They will ensure the whole area is ground sheet covered, (including all your valuable furniture). Additionally, it also goes without saying – we sweep up and take time to leave your home as clean and tidy as we found it.

Q: When you do my install, will you remove and dispose of my old fireplace in an environmentally friendly way?
A: All old fireplaces and debris will be removed free of charge and professionally disposed of at the local Leeds Waste Management depot.

Q: Do I have to take time off work to receive my delivery?
A: You’ll be pleased to know that all deliveries are carried out at a time that’s most convenient for you. Tea time or early evening are the most popular times. Just keep in mind, we usually need a few hours fitting time. You do not have to be present, we just need to gain access (leave the key with a trusted friend, neighbour etc.), and we’ll take care of the rest.

Q: If I have to change the agreed fitting appointment in any way, will I get charged?
A: The short answer is NO! In the event of you not being able to keep your installation appointment (for whatever reason), just contact the shop as soon as possible and we will rebook it for you. We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and leave the heavy cash fines up to the bigger competitors out there, you know who they are.
