Q: Do I have to pay full (up front) costs for goods and services?
A: Unlike other shops who take full payment up front we take a deposit of 25% – 30% to get us started. The remaining balance is due on delivery.

Q: Are the prices you quote to me fixed, or might they be adjusted for any reason?
A: Upon completion of your free home survey, the price for your fireplace will be agreed and put in writing in the form of a fully itemised receipt showing all goods, the amount of deposit paid and balance owing. These quoted prices will remain fixed.

Q: Does the fitting fee have any hidden extras?
A: No, we have a standard fitting fee list. If the installation is more complex such as a stone built in fireplace to remove prior to the install, a price will be given while conducting your home survey.

Q: Is your work guaranteed?
A: Yes, all our fireplaces are guaranteed for between one and five years, depending on the manufacturer. Likewise, all our fire surrounds are quality checked both in our factories and on delivery to ensure everything is as ordered.

Q: If a problem occurs soon after installation what do I do?
A: In the very unlikely event of anything not going quite to plan after the fitting, then contact the shop as soon as possible. We will not rest until the problem is rectified and you are so satisfied to the point where you feel comfortable recommending our fireplace fitting services to your family and friends.
